Return and Exchange Policy

Iktaara By Tulsi‘s endeavor is to provide you a seamless shopping experience and deliver quality products. In case of any situation when cancellation, return, refund or exchange of any order or any item included in it may arise, our return and exchange policies in remainder of this document will be followed.

Note: All the sale and discounted purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Also, there are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page.

Cancellation:

If you unfortunately have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order because order cancellation option/button will not be available post 24 hours of order confirmation.

For outright cancellations by customers who placed orders while being logged in our website, would need to visit the Orders section in their My Account dashboard and use the Cancel button applicable/available there. For guests, order cancellation will be possible through Cancel button applicable/available in order details page which can be navigated through link provided in QUICK LINKS section present in footer of our website – iktaarabytulsi.com.

Partial cancellation of order is not possible. If any particular product from order needs to be cancelled, customers will have to cancel the entire order and place a fresh order. Also, order cancellation is an immediate action, once cancelled cannot be placed again. You will have to place a new order with available items in our catalogue.

Refunds associated with cancelled orders will be initiated by Iktaara By Tulsi within 1-2 business days from the date of cancellation and amount will be reversed to the source account through which payment for order was made. Iktaara By Tulsi may share any refund/transaction id which customers can use to track with their bank. Note, it can take upto 15 business days based on bank processing time and/or any other processes not governed by Iktaara By Tulsi.

Any cancellation which may occur from Iktara By Tulsi, because of reasons mentioned in Shipping and Delivery Policy (for which link is available in QUICK LINKS section present in footer of our website – iktaarabytulsi.com), will be informed to you through email message sent to your email address provided in order.

Exchange:

Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. So we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also write to us to know more details about the product if needed. Note, 10-12% colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

Exchange can be requested only when the product delivered is wrong and different from shown in the picture and described on our website or product received is damaged. We would need video and pictures of the package being opened. Please share these videos and pictures over an email to contactus@iktaarabytulsi.com along with submission of Return/Exchange Request Form.

Exchange with the same product is only possible if Iktaara By Tulsi has the stock otherwise exchange can be requested/suggested with similar available product. If exchange (which is applicable based on aforementioned conditions,) is not possible because of stock unavailability, the return of product can be requested/suggested. Approval of exchange/return is based on sole discretion of Iktaara By Tulsi.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at contactus@iktaarabytulsi.com mentioning your Order no/id. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you based on stock availability, with no additional cost, otherwise exchange with similar available products will be suggested or refund will be initiated by Iktaara By Tulsi.

Exchange requests can be submitted within 48 hours of order delivery by filling up the Return/Exchange Request Form which can be navigated through the Return/Exchange button applicable/available in Orders details section. Once a exchange request is submitted, within 1-2 business days, Iktaara By Tulsi will review the request and make a decision on its own discretion based on details and evidence provided by the customer. Once approved, customers will be informed when to start return shipping and address for the same.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable because Iktaara By Tulsi does not have a reverse pick up facility. We recommend returning items through a traceable courier or parcel service provider, because any returned items that are not received by Iktaara By Tulsi will be treated as not returned.

Once the returned product is received, Iktaara By Tulsi will initiate an exchange process to send fresh pieces, based on stock availability, within 1-2 business days from the date of receiving the return shipping. Details related to shipping of fresh pieces will be communicated to you through an email message.

Return:
