Shipping and Delivery Policy

Iktaara By Tulsi is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays.


Domestic –

  • Shipping zone and product type based flat rate shipping charges and estimated days for delivery (post dispatch) are available in Cart and Checkout pages.
  • Shipping is free on purchases above INR 4000 for all shipping zones and product types.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • If order dispatch will get delayed, we will communicate through email or other viable means of communication.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will be communicated through email using which you can track the status of your package. It may take up to 24 hours to get the status updated on the courier service provider’s website. Note, tracking features available in the Order details page on are scheduled to sync every 3 hours with the courier service provider’s tracking system. Thus, for any update in tracking status, please check after 3 hours. 
  • If we are unable to fulfill the order in 20 days due to any reason, it shall be cancelled.
  • Our products are packaged in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. In such case, immediately write to us at
  • Products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address, then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we may not be able to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
  • We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance team.
  • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. It may take up to 20 working days to get the amount refunded to your account post cancellation of order.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ikataara By Tulsi and accepts Ikataara By Tulsi’s decision regarding the cancellation.


  • We may use DHL/FedEx or any trustworthy courier service provider for our international orders and we may charge approx. INR 3000 per kg per order irrespective of the items bought.
  • Payments can be done by card through our associated payment gateway.
  • Once order has been placed, Iktaara By Tulsi will send an email to the customer regarding all the information of shipping and delivery.


  • Delivery date is dependent on the shipping zone associated with your pin code provided in the shipping address, so it can vary from 3 to 8 business days from date of dispatch.
  • Ordered items are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • Shipment confirmation email containing details of courier service provider and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided while placing order.
  • Delivery is trackable. Post shipping, it’s customers duty to track using the button/link provided in the email or on our order details page or on the courier service provider’s official tracking page.
  • Customers or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is available at your shipping address to receive it, redelivery will be attempted by courier service providers per their policies. In general, you will be contacted by the carrier for delivery or redelivery.
  • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please coordinate with the local contact point of the courier service provider through which order is sent. Also, you can write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Note: Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
